| Reverse description | The reverse displays a full-color reproduction of Leonardo da Vinci's celebrated painting 'Lady with an Ermine' (circa 1489-1490), rendered as a colored insert set within the center of the square flan. The composition depicts a young noblewoman in three-quarter profile, dressed in Renaissance attire with a black hairband, cradling a white ermine in her arms. The legend 'LADY WITH AN ERMINE' runs vertically in gilt lettering along the left border, and the Polish-language equivalent 'DAMA Z GRONOSTAJEM' appears vertically along the right border.
