| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central raised circular field bearing the fourth definitive effigy of Queen Elizabeth II in right-facing profile, diademed and with elaborately styled hair, as modeled by Ian Rank-Broadley; the engraver's initials IRB appear below the truncation of the bust, with the Mint of Poland mintmark (mw) to the left. | Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse features a full-color reproduction of Titian's painting 'Tobias and the Angel' (c. 1540–1545), set within a raised circular central field on a square planchet. The composition depicts the Archangel Raphael, clad in a flowing red robe, with large spread wings, gently guiding the young Tobias by the hand across a landscape, with a small white dog accompanying them at lower left. The square border surrounding the circular image is elaborately ornamented with deeply struck baroque-style scrollwork, beaded borders, and floral motifs in high relief, lending the piece a distinctive decorative character. No legends or inscriptions appear on the reverse. |
