| Obverse description | The obverse of this rectangular gold piece features a diademed and draped effigy of Queen Elizabeth II in right-facing profile, rendered in high relief after the Ian Rank-Broadley portrait, occupying the upper central field. The legend ELIZABETH II arcs to the left and TOKELAU 2022 arcs to the right of the effigy.
