The "Bull and Bear" dollar is part of Perth Mint's ongoing push into thematic silver bullion aimed squarely at investor collectors, a market the mint has dominated with increasing aggression since the mid-2000s. The sixth portrait of Elizabeth II, by sculptor Jody Clark, was introduced across Commonwealth coinage from 2015 and appears here in its bullion application.
KM#3885 is a low-friction entry point for the series — .9999 fine rather than the .999 standard common to most sovereign bullion, a distinction Perth has used consistently to differentiate its product in a crowded market.
