Beschrijving voorzijde The obverse features the sixth and final definitive effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, designed by Jody Clark, depicting a right-facing draped bust of the Queen wearing the George IV State Diadem and a pearl necklace with drop earrings. The engraver's initials 'JC' appear in the lower field near the truncation. The peripheral legend reads 'ELIZABETH II AUSTRALIA' arcing across the upper field, while the lower field bears the inscriptions '1oz 9999 Ag' to the left and '1 DOLLAR' to the right, with the date '2020' centred below the effigy.

Beschrijving keerzijde The reverse depicts a dynamic confrontation between a bull and a bear, the iconic symbols of financial market optimism and pessimism respectively, rendered in high relief against a plain field. The bull is shown rearing upward with horns raised aggressively toward the descending bear, whose claws are extended in a striking pose, the two figures interlocked in a circular, balanced composition filling the coin's field. The engraving style is bold and sculptural, conveying raw energy and tension between the two forces. The small 'P' mintmark of the Perth Mint is visible in the upper left field. No legends or inscriptions appear on the reverse.
