Aanvullende informatie

The New Hampshire privy mark on this Kookaburra was added to capitalize on American collector interest tied to the 50 State Quarters program, which launched in 1999 and sent millions of Americans hunting for coins for the first time. Perth Mint partnered with U.S. distributors to issue state-specific privy variants, each struck in limited numbers well below the standard Kookaburra run. New Hampshire's release coincided with the state's quarter debut that same year.

The privy itself was applied via a separate punch to the working dies — a detail that occasionally produced minor misalignment on examples from early in the production run.
