| Obverse description | The Public Seal of Niue displayed centrally, featuring a circular device depicting a stylised flax plant with radiating fronds, surrounded by a zigzag patterned border, surmounted by a royal crown. Two crossed ceremonial spears appear below the seal, with a ribbon scroll bearing the legend ATUA / NIUE TUKULAGI. The field is framed by an ornate wreath of floral and foliate motifs encircling the entire design. The legend PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE arcs above the central device, while the denomination ONE DOLLAR and date 2025 appear along the lower portion of the field, separated by a dot. The Czech Mint mark is visible at the lower right. |

| Reverse description | A large double-armed patriarchal cross (cross of Lorraine) occupies the central field, its four arms richly decorated with high-relief floral and foliate motifs including roses, tulips, and intertwining foliage rendered in the traditional Podpolanie folk art style of central Slovakia. At the intersection of the arms, a prominent stylised tulip bloom forms the centrepiece of the composition. The entire design is framed by a continuous border of delicately engraved floral and vine tendrils, echoing the decorative vocabulary of Slovak folk embroidery. The field is otherwise plain, allowing the elaborate relief work of the cross to dominate the composition. |
