Obverse description The obverse carries a central vignette of a waterfall and industrial mill scene with a stone bridge in the background, executed in fine intaglio engraving. To the lower left, an oval portrait medallion of Queen Victoria is set within a lathe-work border, while a standing figure of a Native American chief occupies the right margin.
