| Descrizione del dritto | Central field occupied by a multi-line Arabic Kufic inscription set within a single inner circle, itself enclosed by a dotted border. The legend is arranged in horizontal lines across the central roundel, typical of Taifa-period dirham coinage. A crescent motif appears in the upper portion of the inner field. The surrounding marginal band contains a circular Arabic legend running along the full circumference of the coin, separated from the central design by a raised linear border. The overall style follows the Umayyad dirham typology adapted for the independent Taifa rulers of Zaragoza. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | Central field bears a multi-line Arabic inscription in Kufic script arranged in horizontal registers within an inner circle, proclaiming the Islamic profession of faith (Shahada) and the name and titles of the ruler Al-Musta'in II Ahmad ibn Yusuf. The inner roundel is framed by a raised linear border, beyond which a continuous circular marginal legend in Arabic script runs around the full periphery of the coin. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, characteristic of hammered copper Taifa coinage. The epigraphy is bold and deeply struck, following conventions inherited from Andalusian Umayyad dirham production. |
