正面铭文 PRINCIPAT D'ANDORRA
VIRTVS VNITA FORTIOR
1 D.
2006
背面描述 Against the square flan, the reverse depicts a stylised representation of a knight's lance or jousting implement rendered in low relief, positioned diagonally across the central field with a graduated arc of lines suggesting motion or a heraldic charge. Small square ornamental devices are positioned at each corner of the flan, lending a decorative frame to the composition. The overall design is austere and geometric, consistent with the series theme honouring medieval knighthood.

附加信息

Andorra's diner coinage occupied a peculiar legal space for decades — the principality had no formal monetary authority and used French francs and Spanish pesetas interchangeably in daily commerce. The diner series was never intended for circulation; it existed primarily as a collector and tourist product, issued under the co-princes' authority as a soft revenue mechanism. By 2006, with the euro long established as Andorra's de facto currency, the diner had no pretense of transactional use whatsoever.

KM#301 is part of a longer-running series tied to Andorra's medieval knightly iconography, drawing on the territory's historical position as a buffer lordship under joint Franco-Spanish suzerainty dating to the 1278 Paréage.
