This is almost certainly a fantasy or novelty note — produced to be collected, not circulated. The Otto von Guericke attribution in the denomination name is an unusual choice for a fictitious issuer, referencing the seventeenth-century German physicist and mayor of Magdeburg best known for his vacuum pump experiments and the Magdeburg hemispheres demonstration of 1654.
