The area outside the central square is filled with additional marginal inscriptions running along all four sides within a beaded border. The entire field exhibits the characteristic Almohad square-in-circle layout rendered in bold hammered relief on an irregularly shaped flan of bright yellow gold. |

The marginal area surrounding the square carries additional inscriptions along all four borders within a beaded outer rim. The composition follows the standard Almohad square-in-circle format, struck by hand on an irregular flan of high-purity gold characteristic of Almohad dinars of this period. |
