Reverse description A bold plain cross pattée centered in the field, dividing the reverse into four quarters. A crescent is placed in the second (upper-left) quarter, a characteristic diagnostic feature of the Class K1 type attributed to Bohemond III or IV. The design is enclosed within a beaded inner circle, with the Latin legend running around the outer periphery. The execution is typical of the irregular hammered fabric of Crusader silver deniers from the Antiochene mint.
