| Beschrijving voorzijde | Right-facing crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II after the third portrait by Raphael David Maklouf, depicting the Queen wearing the George IV State Diadem and a pearl drop earring with a pearl necklace partially visible. The truncation of the bust is set centrally within the field, bordered by a beaded inner circle. The legend ELIZABETH II arcs along the left and upper-left periphery, while QUEEN OF GIBRALTAR continues along the right, all in raised Latin capitals. The date 2015 appears in the lower field beneath the effigy, and the engraver's initials RDM are visible at the lower truncation of the bust. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The central device features the royal cypher E II R in large interlaced letters surmounted by the St Edward's Crown, the whole flanked by two symmetrical olive laurel branches whose stems converge at the base of the design. Centred below the cypher, within the wreath, is a small cameo-style effigy of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, recalling her earliest coinage portrait. The commemorative dates 1952 and 2015 flank the effigy at lower left and lower right respectively. The circumferential legend HM QUEEN ELIZABETH II THE LONGEST REIGNING MONARCH arcs around the upper portion of the field within a beaded border, while ONE CROWN is inscribed along the lower arc. |
