| 裏面の説明 | The central device features the royal cypher E II R in large interlaced letters surmounted by the St Edward's Crown, the whole flanked by two symmetrical olive laurel branches whose stems converge at the base of the design. Centred below the cypher, within the wreath, is a small cameo-style effigy of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, recalling her earliest coinage portrait. The commemorative dates 1952 and 2015 flank the effigy at lower left and lower right respectively. The circumferential legend HM QUEEN ELIZABETH II THE LONGEST REIGNING MONARCH arcs around the upper portion of the field within a beaded border, while ONE CROWN is inscribed along the lower arc. |
