附加信息	Nicaragua's córdoba has been redenominated twice in the twentieth century — once in 1912 when it replaced the peso, and again in 1990 when the gold córdoba replaced the hyperinflationary nuevo córdoba at a rate of five million to one, a direct consequence of the Sandinista government's deficit financing during the Contra war years. The stainless steel issues from Banco Central reflect the post-stabilization monetary order that followed.
