| 正面铭文 | ELIZABETH II TOKELAU 2012 |
| 背面描述 | A leaping dolphin is depicted in high relief above a tropical island scene featuring a cluster of palm trees and foliage, evoking the natural environment of the Tokelau atolls. A second fish is partially visible beneath the dolphin, adding depth to the composition. The denomination 1c appears in the lower central field in bold numerals, with the letter c in a smaller size to the right. The design is contained within a plain raised rim with no additional border ornamentation. |

Tokelau's coinage history is almost entirely a collector construct — the territory has no independent monetary system, uses the New Zealand dollar for actual commerce, and its coin issues exist solely for numismatic sale. This 2012 cent belongs to a matched set release, a format common to Pacific territories whose "circulating" denominations never circulate at all.
KM#100 is a late entry in a series that began appearing under Tokelau's name in the 1970s, issued under authority delegated through New Zealand.
