Obverse description Printed entirely in red on white paper, the obverse bears the bank title 'THE CENTRAL RESERVE BANK OF CHINA' in an arched legend at top, flanked by corner medallions each bearing the word 'CENT' and a rosette ornament. The central vignette consists of an intricate guilloche medallion enclosing the denomination 'ONE CENT' in English, with flanking cartouches bearing the numeral '1' over 'CENT' on each side, and two Chinese seal-script stamp impressions positioned at lower left and right.

Reverse description The reverse carries the full Chinese-language inscription of the issuing bank and denomination in traditional vertical format, rendered in red letterpress on plain white paper, with the date expressed as the twenty-ninth year of the Republic of China. The layout is typographic without vignette or ornamental guilloche, consistent with the minimal design of low-denomination wartime subsidiary currency.
