| 背面描述 | The reverse is entirely plain save for a single raised circular ring encircling the central square hole, forming a characteristic reduced-metal design. No inscriptions, symbols, or additional decorative elements are present in the field. A raised outer rim borders the coin's circumference, and the flat field between the inner ring and the outer rim is unadorned. |

Quang Trung — born Nguyễn Huệ — ruled for barely four years before his sudden death in 1792, yet managed to defeat a Qing Chinese invasion force of roughly 200,000 troops at the Battle of Đống Đa in 1789. His cash coinage was struck under severe resource constraints; the "reduced metal" reverse variety reflects deliberate weight economies imposed on the mint during a reign defined by near-continuous military mobilization. The Tây Sơn dynasty he led never fully consolidated a stable monetary system before his death ended the experiment.
