Obverse description The obverse features a central design of three stylized wheat stalks rising from the lower field, their heads rendered in fine detail against a plain background. To the left of the stalks, the denomination numeral '1' appears in Arabic script. The country name 'ISRAEL' is inscribed in both Hebrew (ישראל) and Arabic (اسرائيل) along the lower portion of the field, flanking a Star of David symbol. The scalloped flan gives the coin a distinctive twelve-notched border characteristic of the Israeli agora series.
