| Obverse description | The obverse displays bold Nasta'liq calligraphic Arabic script arranged across the field, with the abjad numeral 92 (a symbolic representation of the name 'Muhammad') prominently rendered in the upper portion. Below, the title 'Asaf Jah' and the honorific 'brave ruler of the realm' are inscribed in flowing script. The Hijri regnal year (AH 1317) appears at the lower portion of the field. The legends fill the entire flan in the characteristic Hyderabadi style, without border ornamentation, giving the design a dense, calligraphic character. |
