| Beschrijving keerzijde | Central field bears the fractional denomination '1/8' above the inscription 'DE REAL', with the date '1842' below, all enclosed within a beaded inner circle and surrounded by a wreath of laurel. The design is characteristic of the utilitarian copper coinage issued by the State of Durango during the early republican period. A known overdate variety (1842/33) exists for this issue. |
