| Beschrijving keerzijde | Four crowned heraldic shields arranged in cruciform fashion, displaying the royal arms of England-Scotland (quarterly), France (fleurs-de-lis), Ireland (harp), and Brunswick-Lüneburg-Hannover respectively. At the centre of the composition the denomination 1/6 is displayed, surrounded by the fineness inscription FE IN SI LB (an abbreviation of Feinsilber, denoting pure silver). A large crown at the top of the design divides the date 1727. The encircling legend BR & L DUX S R I A T & EL runs along the rim within a beaded border. |
