The whole design is struck on a square klippe flan with a beaded border encircling the central motif. |

He is seated on an ornate throne, with small orbs visible at either side. A beaded inner circle surrounds the figure, with the Latin legend SANCTVS RUDBERTVS EPS SALZBVRGE distributed around the circumference and separated by a decorative stop. The design is executed in the fine hammered style typical of early seventeenth-century Salzburg klippe coinage. |
