| Descrizione del dritto | Diademed, draped, and cuirassed imperial bust of Justinian I facing right, rendered in the late antique style typical of Lombard imitative coinage. The effigy is encircled by the imperial legend in Latin distributed across the field. The portrait retains the conventional iconographic elements of the Byzantine prototype, with a pearl diadem and military cuirass visible. The surrounding legend identifies the emperor by his full imperial title. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | A closed staurogram (a Tau-Rho christogram) prominently displayed in the center of the field, flanked by a six-pointed star on either side. The entire device is enclosed within a beaded or rope-style wreath border, consistent with Lombard imitative silver of the post-conquest period. The staurogram serves as a christological symbol derived from Byzantine ecclesiastical and monetary iconography. No legend or exergual inscription is present, the design relying entirely on symbolic imagery. The wreath border is rendered with characteristic irregularity reflecting the hand-struck hammered production technique. |
