背面描述 The reverse is dominated by a bold mint and attribution legend in Nasta'liq calligraphy, filling the entire field of the irregularly shaped flan. The inscription reads 'Zarb Dar al-Mu'minin Kashan', indicating the coin was struck at the 'Abode of the Faithful', the honorific title of the Kashan mint. The large, sweeping letterforms are characteristic of Qajar-era hammered coinage, with no additional decorative elements, border, or exergue. The flan edge is uneven, consistent with hand-cut planchet preparation typical of this series.

附加信息

Fath Ali Shah's reign saw the Qajar monetary system fragmented across dozens of provincial mints, each operating with considerable autonomy — Kashan among them. The period bracketed by this type coincided with the catastrophic Anglo-Persian and Russo-Persian wars, the latter concluded by the Treaty of Gulistan in 1813, which stripped Iran of most of its Caucasian territories. Provincial mint output fluctuated sharply with these disruptions, and Kashan issues from the later years of this range are considerably scarcer than early strikes.
