| Obverse description | A crowned pomegranate in full fruit occupies the central field, depicted in low relief with a stylized crown surmounting the fruit and three spreading leaves flanking the stem at the base. The design is rendered in a primitive, hand-engraved style characteristic of early Colombian emergency coinage. The coin is framed by a plain inner border with a beaded or toothed outer rim. No legend or inscription appears on this face. |
