The crown is depicted with a central finial above the head, and the shoulders are broadly indicated on either side. The entire design is contained within a plain inner ring set against the roughly circular, irregular flan with a beaded or lobed outer border. |

The anonymous issue is attributed to the reign of Magnus Lagabøte (Magnus VI, r. 1263–1280), struck without inscriptions or identifying legend, consistent with the anonymous bracteate coinage of thirteenth-century Norway catalogued by Skaare. |
