| 正面描述 | Within a beaded inner circle, the crowned arms of West Friesland — displaying a rampant lion on a horizontally striped shield — occupies the central field, flanked on either side by the divided date 17-59. The heraldic crown surmounting the shield is rendered in fine relief with foliate decoration. A circular Latin legend runs along the outer border between the beaded circle and the milled square klippe edge, with a privy mark appearing at the end of the inscription. |

| 背面描述 | Within a beaded inner circle, a standing female figure — representing Minerva, the personification of the province — is depicted in classical drapery, facing three-quarters to the right. She rests her left arm upon an ornately decorated column or pedestal on which a Bible rests, and raises her right hand aloft holding a staff surmounted by a liberty cap. The figure is rendered in high relief consistent with the piedfort format. A circular Latin legend surrounds the design within the beaded border. |
