Reverse description The reverse depicts the Virginia Memorial at Gettysburg National Military Park, featuring a heroic equestrian statue atop a tall pedestal rising prominently in the center of the composition. The surrounding landscape evokes the historic battlefield, with rolling fields, split-rail fences, a cannon wheel in the foreground, and farm buildings visible to the right, all rendered in fine detail. The legend 'GETTYSBURG' arcs along the upper periphery, with 'PENNSYLVANIA' inscribed along the left border and 'E PLURIBUS UNUM' along the right border. The year of issue '2011' appears in the lower exergue. The design was created by Joel Iskowitz and engraved by Phebe Hemphill.
