Description de l’avers	Portrait of King Ghazi I in civilian dress occupies the right field, rendered in intaglio against a fine guilloche underprint. The central panel carries the denomination in Arabic script within a decorative cartouche, flanked by Arabic text citing the legal authority for issue under Law No. 44 of 1931. A blank oval watermark window is reserved in the left field, with serial number and two manuscript signatures appearing in the lower margin.

Description du revers	Printed in deep green on a fine guilloche underprint, the reverse carries the heading GOVERNMENT OF IRAQ in bold letterpress at the top, with QUARTER DINAR in large display type at centre. A central ornamental cartouche contains the convertibility clause in English, while the fraction 1/4 appears in large numerals at the left, with decorative geometric corner devices framing the composition. The printer's imprint is rendered in small text along the lower margin.
