The numeral 22 is rendered prominently in Eastern Arabic script. Decorative floral rosette devices flank the inscription in the upper field, while two six-pointed stars appear symmetrically in the lower exergue. A sweeping curved device, reminiscent of a scimitar or fish motif, underlies the main legend. The design is contained within a continuous beaded border consistent with Bengal Presidency hammered copper issues. |
