| Opis rewersu | The reverse displays the Qu'aiti countermark, a small circular punch approximately 10 mm in diameter, applied to the host Zanzibar coin. Within the countermark, a bold Arabic legend in Naskh script identifies the issuing authority. Flanking the central punched cartouche are two crossed swords in relief, their hilts directed upward, symbolizing the sovereignty of the Qu'aiti Sultanate. The outer border of the host coin retains its original ornamental foliate scroll design consistent with the Zanzibar KM#1 prototype. |
