Descrizione del dritto	Central field bears the Arabic inscription 'مسقط' (Muscat) at top, with the mint name 'ضرب' (struck) and the AH date ١٣١٢ (1312) below, followed by the denomination '1/4 ANNA' in Latin characters at the bottom of the central device. The whole central design is enclosed within a beaded inner circle. A raised outer legend in Latin reads 'FESSUL BIN TURKEE IMAM OF MUSCAT AND OMAN' running around the periphery between the inner circle and a milled border.
