| Descrizione del dritto | Youthful laureate bust of Louis XIV as a child facing right, with flowing long hair and draped in a mantle with armored pauldron visible at the shoulder, rendered in the Baroque style characteristic of Jean Warin's early royal portraiture. The effigy is boldly struck in high relief, occupying the majority of the coin's field. A circular Latin legend runs along the periphery, separated from the bust by a finely milled inner border.
