正面描述 The obverse is entirely epigraphic, displaying a Persian nastaliq legend arranged in three horizontal registers across the field, separated by double linear rules. The central inscription, executed in bold and flowing nastaliq script, reads a religious verse proclaiming that the sun and moon of gold and silver in the world derive from the coin of the rightful Imam, the Lord of the Age (Sahib al-Zaman). The field exhibits the characteristically irregular flan typical of late 18th-century Iranian hammered gold coinage, with slight die-shift visible at the periphery. No figural devices are present; the entire composition relies on the calligraphic artistry of the legend for its visual impact.

背面描述 The reverse presents a multi-line Persian nastaliq inscription filling the field, enclosed within a beaded border clearly visible along the coin's circumference. The legend, arranged in several registers, records the mint name as Dar al-Mu'minin Kashan, followed by a triple invocation 'Ya Muhammad, Ya Muhammad, Ya Muhammad,' and the AH regnal date 1206. The inscription is struck in bold, deeply cut nastaliq characters typical of the Qajar mint style of this period. The irregular flan edges, a hallmark of hand-hammered production, are evident around the periphery, and the beaded inner border frames the calligraphic composition with characteristic late Safavid-Qajar decorative convention.
