| Reverse description | A large double-headed imperial eagle displayed in the centre of the field, each head facing outward and surmounted by a single imperial crown above, with a larger crown at the top of the coin bearing an orb finial. The eagle's breast bears an elaborate quartered heraldic shield incorporating the arms of Austria, Hungary, Bohemia, Burgundy, and Tyrol among others. The date appears in the field between the eagle's heads. The encircling Latin legend reads ARCHID AUST DUX BURG CO TYR, denoting the Empress's titles as Archduchess of Austria, Duchess of Burgundy, and Countess of Tyrol, framed by a toothed milled border. |
