Beschrijving voorzijde Half-length effigies of two rulers facing right, depicted in elaborate period armor with lace ruffs and decorative chains, rendered in high relief. The date is divided and placed in the field to either side of the principal figure. A circular Latin legend surrounds the busts, reading D G IOH: PHIL: IOH: WILH: ET FRID: WILH: FRAT:, identifying the three co-ruling brothers by grace of God. The composition reflects the early 17th-century German portrait convention, with finely engraved details on the armored torsos and facial features.
Schrift voorzijde Latin

Beschrijving keerzijde A large, elaborately quartered coat of arms occupies the central field, incorporating the multiple dynastic territories of the House of Wettin, including Saxony, Jülich, Cleves, and Berg among others. The shield is surmounted by a display of multiple crested helmets with mantling, each bearing distinct heraldic charges. Elaborate acanthus-style lambrequins flank the arms on either side, filling the field in a decorative baroque manner. The surrounding circular Latin legend reads DVC: SAX: IVL: CLIV: ET MONT: LIN: ALDENB:, referencing the ducal titles of the issuing rulers.
