Obverse description Half-length armored effigies of the three co-ruling dukes — Georg III, Ludwig IV, and Christian — depicted facing forward, each with mid-length hair, arranged side by side within a beaded inner circle. A small imperial orb appears at the top of the inner circle, and decorative arabesques fill the space beneath the busts. The encircling Latin legend is interrupted at intervals by heraldic punctuation marks, identifying the three fraternal rulers by title.
