| Obverse description | Square hammered flan bearing a bold Arabic legend arranged in two registers, divided by a horizontal line across the field. The upper register displays the ruler's name and title in raised Naskh script, while the lower register contains additional royal epithet or mint formula. The lettering is robust and deeply struck, characteristic of Malwa Sultanate copper coinage of the late 15th century. A simple linear border frames the inscription on all four sides, with the coin exhibiting the irregular edge typical of hand-struck issues of this period. |
