Cloud motifs fill the four corners, mirroring the obverse design. A surrounding border legend in Tibetan script reads ལྔ་བཅུ་ང་བརྒྱད (Lnga bcu nga brgyad, meaning 'Fifty-Eight'), denoting the regnal year. The style is consistent with the hammered coinage produced at the Dode mint in Lhasa following the Sino-Tibetan monetary reform of 1792–1793. |
