| Reverse description | Central field bears a sheaf of arrows, the personal device of Isabella I of Castile, depicted bound at the center with decorative curling flourishes, all contained within a beaded inner circle. The arrows radiate upward in a fan-like arrangement, with arrowheads pointing downward, a composition typical of the Catholic Monarchs' coinage type. The surrounding Latin legend encircles the device along the coin's outer margin, separated by the beaded border.
