| Obverse description | Royal cypher of Felipe V (Philip V), consisting of an interlaced crowned monogram in the center of the field, characteristic of the macuquina (cob) coinage style. Small pellets or annulets appear in the surrounding field. The design is irregularly struck on a crudely shaped flan, typical of hammered cob coinage of the Lima mint. |

| Reverse description | Jerusalem Cross (cross of Burgundy style) with four arms of equal length, dividing the field into four quarters, each containing alternating castles and lions representing the arms of Castile and León. The design is boldly struck though irregularly centered on the irregular cob flan, consistent with hammered macuquina coinage of the early eighteenth-century Lima mint. |
