Reverse description The reverse is executed entirely in green, with the denomination '1/2' in bold numerals flanked by two large intricate guilloche rosettes at left and right, each bearing the fractional value. A central scroll cartouche carries the bold intaglio inscription 'HALF PESO', with '50 CENTAVOS' at top corners and 'PHILIPPINES' along the upper border.
