| Reverse description | As a bracteate-style half penning, the reverse shows the incuse mirror impression of the obverse type, presenting the schematic royal bust in right profile as a negative relief. The pellet border is similarly visible in incuse form around the periphery of the flan. The surface is plain and unadorned beyond the impressed design, consistent with the single-die hammered bracteate technique employed at the Nidaros mint during the reign of King Inge I Haraldsson. |
