| Obverse description | Rectangular hammered flan bearing a centrally positioned six-petalled rosette or flower motif in raised relief, occupying the upper portion of the field. The petals are delineated by raised lines radiating from a central point, creating a bold decorative device characteristic of the crude hammered coinage of the Lunavada princely state. The lower portion of the obverse field is largely plain, with the irregular flan edges typical of hand-struck issues. No legend or inscription appears on this face. |
