The country name appears along the upper periphery in three languages: Hebrew (ישראל) at upper right, Arabic (اسرائيل) at left, and Latin (ISRAEL) at upper left. A small menorah device is placed at the lower center of the field, above the word HANUKKA inscribed along the lower legend in both Latin and Hebrew script.
