| Reverse description | Central device depicts a stylized French oil lamp (Hanukkah lamp) of the type historically used by Jewish communities in France, rendered in relief against a plain field. The lamp, shown in profile, features a triangular body with decorative detailing including a row of oil reservoirs and an ornamental chain or filigree band along its base, with a spout projecting to the right from which the flame would issue.
