The encircling Latin legend reads ARCHID AVST DVX BVRG BRAB Z, abbreviating the titles Archduke of Austria, Duke of Burgundy and Brabant, etc., typical of the extensive titulature of the Spanish Habsburg rulers of the Southern Netherlands. |
