Obverse description The obverse features the crowned royal cipher of King Christian X of Denmark, consisting of an ornate interlaced monogram of the letter 'C' and 'X' in Gothic script, centrally positioned in the field. A large royal crown surmounts the cipher at the top of the design. The date is divided on either side of the crown, with the year split across the upper field. The circular legend reads 'KONGE AF DANMARK' around the upper periphery, and the engravers' initials appear at the base of the field below the cipher.
